I’m pretty sure this is from 69-70 while they were in the Netherlands. There’s a bunch of photos of him in Amsterdam in ‘69 wearing that hat, and there’s an EMI Dutch-only “retrospective” vinyl called “The Very Best of Pink Floyd” where he’s wearing that hat. haha
